Terms and Conditions of Use

1 The service

Smart Flow+ is a personal finance app. You record income and expenses in the app or by sending messages on WhatsApp, and an artificial intelligence interprets those messages. The app brings together a monthly overview, transactions, categories, recurring transactions, a financial calendar, forecast, reminders, charts and summaries.

Features may be improved, changed or replaced over time, always aiming to keep what is essential for your day-to-day use.

2 Account and password

• To use Smart Flow+ you must be at least 18 years old and create an account with accurate information, keeping it up to date.
• The WhatsApp number you provide must be yours: it is how Smart Flow+ recognizes your messages.
• Keep your password secret. If you suspect misuse, change your password and let us know.

3 Trial period

Every new account gets a 15-day free trial. When it ends, you need to subscribe to keep using the app’s features.

4 Plan, price and payment

• We offer a Monthly plan. The price depends on the region of the country set in your account and is shown in the app before payment.
• Payment is made by credit card through Stripe, on Stripe’s payment page. Smart Flow+ never receives your card details.
• We may change the price. The change applies from the next renewal and will be announced in advance.

5 Renewal, cancellation and refunds

• The subscription renews automatically every month, on the same card, until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time in the app or by writing to mario@delphinosdev.com.
• After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period already paid, with no further charges.
• Cancelling does not give a refund for the period already paid, except where required by law.

6 End of trial or expired subscription

If the trial ends without a subscription, or if the subscription expires or a payment is declined, the app’s features are locked until you subscribe. Your data stays stored and comes back as soon as you subscribe.

7 Artificial intelligence and WhatsApp

• Messages sent to Smart Flow+ are interpreted by artificial intelligence, which can get amounts, dates or categories wrong. Check your transactions in the app and correct them when needed.
• Send only what is needed to record your transactions and avoid sending documents with other people’s data.
• Conversations on WhatsApp depend on WhatsApp itself; we do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or answered.

8 Not financial advice

Charts, forecasts, summaries and other information in Smart Flow+ are calculated from the transactions you record and are meant to help you organize and follow your money. They are not financial, accounting, tax or investment advice. Decisions about your money are yours.

9 Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, as explained on the Delete account page. Deletion is permanent and erases all your data. If there is a subscription, it is cancelled first, with no refund for the period already paid, except where required by law.

10 Prohibited use

You may not use Smart Flow+ for illegal activities, to try to access other accounts’ data, to interfere with the service, to send bulk or automated messages to Smart Flow+, or to copy, resell or reverse engineer the software.

11 Availability and liability

• We work to keep Smart Flow+ available and make daily backups, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to failures beyond our control.
• Smart Flow+ is not liable for losses caused by incorrectly recorded information, by decisions made based on the app’s information, by misuse of the account by third parties using the user’s password, or by unforeseeable circumstances and force majeure.

12 Intellectual property

The Smart Flow+ brand, the app, the website and their content belong to DelphinosDev and are protected by law. The subscription gives you the right to use the service, without transferring any rights over it. The data you record remains yours.

13 Suspension

We may warn, suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the law, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Whenever possible, we will let you know by email first.

14 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page and, if the change is important, we will let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect.

15 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the city of São Paulo/SP have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to file a claim in the courts of their place of residence.
